This Credit Guide explains who I am, how I can help, how I'm paid and what you can expect when working with me.

How I'm paid
In most cases, I am paid a commission by the lender you choose after your loan settles.
This usually means there is no cost to you for my mortgage broking service.
If there are any fees payable by you, I'll discuss these with you before you proceed.
My lender panel
I have access to a broad panel of lenders.
While I compare a wide range of loan options, I may not compare every lender or every loan available in the market.
If you'd like to understand how lenders are selected for your recommendation, simply ask.

To provide suitable recommendations, I'll ask questions about:

It's important that the information you provide is complete and accurate so I can recommend appropriate lending solutions.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly through an open conversation.
